Next up from the Samsung range is the Samsung P960. It doesn’t make quite as dramatic an introduction as many of the other models on show, fitting quite comfortably into its already comprehensive slide-design range. We particularly like the looks of the P960 though, which combines silver and black very effectively while utilising a stainless steel style keypad reminiscent of the Motorola Razr series. Another designer phone could be launched soon. Samsung is considering launching a Giorgio Armani branded mobile phone. A spokesman for Samsung, said: “We are currently reviewing the possibility with various firms including Armani. We will make an official announcement once it is finalised.” In the past few years, there have been several designer phones launched, with varying degrees of success. First, there was the D&G branded Motorola Razr, which was just a Razr sprayed gold.
Samsung has just announced that they are building on the success of the U600 by launching the Samsung G600. This is basically a 5 megapixel version of the U600. Samsung have just announced their latest smartphone, the i400, and you have to admit it’s a lot prettier than a blackberry! The stylish slider is based on the Symbian S60 platform which allows users to add their own applications to the phone as you might to a pc, and it can support up to 4GB of memory when using a memory card. It has full web browsing and bluetooth connectivity, a 2 megapixel camera and an impressive
