This phone is awful. The keys have split and even when the volume is turned up to its maximum I have trouble hearing people. Looks nice but I wouldn’t have another one!

ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT yes, the keys do split VERY easily but it doesn't render them useless 3 keys on mine cracked but I don't care! You can get many games and applications for it as well definite 5 stars!

Love the phone but I have the same problem with the keypad splitting. I’m on my 3rd phone in 7 weeks and now this one is splitting too. love the ever changing theme though

I bought this phone a month ago and its brilliant. Really easy to use and I don’t have any problems with the keys splitting (so far and I text about 50 messages per day!) Excellent phone and everyone that has seen it wants one.

Rubbish phone. Absolutely terrible. Always breaks. I've had it for two months and I'm already on my 500th, because it keeps breaking. Wish I never bought it. Cheap because it is cheaply made. I've had Sony Ericssons in the past and they were alright but this is shockingly rubbish.

Another "cracked keys" case! Loved this phone until today when I saw that after only 1 month of gentle use, half the keys are split up the middle!! Hope SE are getting this resolved as I don't want the same happening over and over. The "Everchanging" screensaver is very cool by the way!

Absolutely rubbish I’ve had this phone for just over a month now and I’m on my 3rd one due to having to send it back to get the keys replaced as they keep splitting! Overall the phone is excellent but there are major problems with the keys that Sony Ericsson don’t seem to have solved. I am now trying to get a different phone as I am sick of the inconvenience of having to send it back leaving me without a phone.

Cracking phone - great menu system, great looking and a good size. Have to say though that the keypad does crack/split and not because of heavy-handed use - it just seems to break straight down the middle of each key! Mine still works fine and I haven't had to replace the keypad as yet - but most definitely a 'quality control' issue! Otherwise a great mobile.

Rubbish, the worst Sony Ericsson I've had so far and I've had loads. The keypad does split and no I’m not using a machine gun to text. Also, my friend’s keypads have split too. Also very flimsy and the battery lasts a day and if you want to open the back you'll be there a while! If it's just looks your after the display is pretty but definitely not practical! Don’t buy for a guy it wouldn’t last a week!

I had this lovely phone just over a month ago on 27/11/07. It is a very nice phone and has lots to do on it, however the problem with this design is that the keypad has already started to split. Leaving me very disappointed!

This phone is utterly rubbish. I just got it less then a month ago and I have changed it 3 times already. The keypad always splits which is very bad. If you like to text then do not get this phone it will break as soon as you start texting people.

This is the worst phone I have ever had. I am awaiting phone number 3, due to the keys cracking, I have found out that this is now a recognised fault by Sony Ericsson, I am trying to get it changed to some other phone, as I am sick of borrowing phones or being without when its away being repaired/replaced.

I really like the phone as it looks great and is easy to use. I've had this phone since September and it's now being sent for its second repair as the keypad numbers keep splitting. I am not a heavy phone user and I don't use a machine gun to text!!! I have contacted Sony Ericsson as the key pad could definitely be better.

Poor phone, wish I never bought it! The camera isn't good enough and even though it looks cool it breaks really easily. I don't recommend this phone to anyone. I would rather buy a Walkman instead.

I got this phone just over a week ago and I’m really pleased with it except for the fact that the keypad had cracked already! I read some reviews saying it happened but thought it was just people being heavy handed, but it happened to me too and I’m gentle on the keys! Quite a lot of reviews I’ve read have had this problem, and it is a common fault with the phone, hopefully they have sorted it! Other than that the phone is really nice.

This phone is great, it has worked fine for me, and I’ve had no problems with it apart from the keypad splitting (which can get very annoying!) It has a lot of memory to hold songs, pictures and videos on it. I bought it for my wife and she loves it...she’s very happy with it!

My husband brought me this phone - it looks nice, slim and very easy to use. Ive had it just over 1 month and already I have had 3 in that time!!! Problem is the keypad keeps splitting.

It’s a brilliant phone louder than my previous Walkman phone (w710i). The themes for the phone are great, its easy to use and a definite yes from me! If you hear stories of the keypad cracking, its pure rubbish unless your texting using a machine gun. Hope I helped! GET IT!

Think the phones fab - looks really cool. Am really pleased with it apart from no memory card in the box! I knew it came without a M2 memory card, I am quite boring as I don't really use all the features but disappointed I can't take one single drunken snap without a memory card! Also had a bit of a 'mare getting the back off. However, overall I like it!

Great phone overall but the battery door is quite hard to open (like they don’t expect you to open it!). Also found it a little difficult to get the sim card out at times.

Stunning looking phone. Fell in love with it. It's very light and slim, the design is really classy. Love the lights and the butterflies on the screen. Battery seems to last. My boyfriend had always convinced me to switch to SE from Nokia and this one has won me over.

Bought this for my wife and it really is a design stunner - I find myself sitting in the dark just to see its light show. Screen resolution is perfect, software is great. Only niggle is that the camera viewer is quite small as there's a lot of information displayed on screen. It's almost convinced me to switch to SE myself after a lifetime of Nokia.
