Was ok to start with then everything started to go a little wrong! First the touchscreen and then it stopped letting me put music on it and the battery life on it is rubbish if listening to music! Not the best...

Fantastic phone and a brilliant cybershot 5MP camera with good software. Looks stunning as well. This phone is way ahead of most of the phones in the market at the moment.

What’s going on with the keypad? They should have kept the sleek flat one. Had this phone for 2 days, the camera is fab but they could have put it in a better outfit. Not sure it's Sony’s best phone.

Nice looking phone with a great camera is all I can say about this phone. It has a cheap plastic feel and the tiny buttons are a nightmare to use. The 3 touch screen buttons beneath the screen are a massive faff too making it impossible to do anything quickly on this phone. Writing a short text took me so long that I just gave up and rang instead. Avoid if you want a robust easy-to-use phone. But buy it if your one of those idiots that hangs phones around your neck and wears tracksuits.

Looks great, features are good, but the camera is no better than a K800i in my opinion even though its 5MP, and also the battery life doesn’t hold up to the 9hrs of apparent talk time. Personally I prefer my K800i, the k850i in design is fab but you need more!

Great phone - it looks really nice, the black colour with the blue line makes the phone stand out from the crowd. The 5MP is fantastic! It’s got the HSDPA for fast access to the Internet. The only problem is that it’s slightly too big. It also comes with a free memory card that the Nokia N95 doesn't.
