Excellent phone, my best yet! Love everything the screen is really responsive and easy to use and as for the camera...well its great, bought it for the camera and can't fault the camera itself...but...no Vista compatibility and no warning so now a great camera phone has now become completely useless to me! And LG's response was well poor, no evening no weekend 10min call answer time and useless staff don't really help you get a resolution…. you only get an answer of "its not compatible with Vista" – that’s it full stop, no apology, no explanation and their only suggestion that "may" work, remove your firewall and anti Virus, hmm reassuring.
So great phone spoiled 100% by bad customer service and mis-selling!

Love it love it! :D cant put it down . Took a couple of days but now its easier. Would recommend this phone to everyone. Looks good, am so pleased I choose the LG Viewty... xx!

Great phone, easy to use and navigate through the menu. The picture quality is very disappointing compared with other makes of lesser pixels. It lost all the sharpness on prints and on any zoom.

This phone is excellent and I highly recommend it. The touch screen is novel and exciting and although it’s difficult to begin with you very quickly get used to scrolling and moving through the menus. Battery life is good on standby approx 3 days, though only about 3 hours if you do a lot of talking. I do recommend you use the powersave feature as the screen quickly saps power if left on when you’re not using it! I bought it for the camera. 5 Stars says it all. I love this phone.

I have had a lot of phones in my time, over the years but this one is, truly awesome!! It is very slick looking and stylish but has brilliant things on it! The music player is good, you can download unlimited tunes for £1.99 p/w, although sometimes it can't find every kind of music you might want, but most stuff you’ll find. The touchscreen is easy to use and neat! It’s got an excellent camera, and with a massive screen can cover a lot. Ultimately this phone has everything on it with high specs, easy to navigate and very stylish!!

I had this phone yesterday; it’s definitely got to be the best phone I’ve had yet!
Great features, fab 5MP camera, MP3 player, and FM radio...What else would you want? Gorgeous sleek design well manufactured. Although if I was to give advice I’d advise you buy a water proof cover/case for the phone as the screen is extremely sensitive to water therefore (rain). But apart from that it's an all round fabulous phone!! :)

This is a top phone, a must have! Love it, better than the iPhone no question about it. If you’re looking at buying it get it won’t disappoint you, only thing is I don’t know how to use music as a ringtone, otherwise a fantastic phone!

I really love this phone, but I found out that their software isn't compatible with Windows Vista.
Their response was:
Unfortunately there is no Vista compatible software available for this phone. Should one become available, you can download this from our website http://uk.lgmobile.com
There was no warning given about the lack of software compatibility on review websites, and from their response today it seems that LG are not bothered about it either.
Looks like I'll have to hunt down someone with XP just so I can download my photos onto a computer.

The LG KU990 Viewty looks great and has good features but I have had to send it away a few times because the screen keeps breaking as it is very thin and could be broken if you don’t just lightly press it with the pen.

A truly unique and amazing phone to have. The Viewty is crammed with accessories to keep you entertained. These wouldn't be possible to enjoy without the tremendous life span of the battery. On standby it is proven to last over 200 hours and in normal mode it can with stand up 2-3 days of use. The touchscreen is also magnificent with big, easy to use controls. Credit to LG for their efforts on a truly worthy phone.

Touch screen is very responsive. Camera is excellent. Video quality is great with lots of little editing features for photos. External speakers give good volume. Texting on the touch screen is just as fast as a normal button phone (for me)

The hand writing recognition is a bit hit and miss but who would really need this? Also the stylus does not have a storage point in the phone and is kept separate but all features can be used without it IMO.

The LG Viewty is a stunning phone! I just received my upgrade yesterday and I screamed when I saw the packaging for the LG! The camera is a stunning 5MP and the touch screen is an absolute delight. ITS A MUST HAVE. Quite frankly I’d rather have this than the iPhone.
