How and when will I get my deposit back?

You don't need to do anything. Your account will automatically be credited with £50, which will show on your bill as '50GBP deposit credit' when you've been with Orange for four months.

Why pay a deposit?

Paying the deposit means that Orange don’t need to charge a high RRP like other networks.

Great product as always, same old battery problems! I've had most of the iphones and apple havnt failed to disappoint again. A great quality product which is super fast, easy to use and work. I would say that if you have an 4S there is not much point getting this as there is not many major differences. The bigger screen worried me but I have quickly got used to it and dont even realise its slightly bigger than previous versions. Siri for me still requires a lot of work to make it useful and really understand you. For example it doesnt understand brand names or places so you cant ever ask for where a shop is or most importantly directions to a place! 28 December 2012

Great product that just works. Whilst some say the iphone lacks features once you delve in more and more options become available. It's surprising what you can do with 2 buttons! Don't let the android users ( i was one once) fool you, this is a top smartphone. 23 October 2012

just works after wrestling with android(not v4) battery life, crashing decided to bite the bullet as the addition of flash to camera was the missing element on prev iphone. battery expectancy is looking like 2-3 days between charges for me and that's twice as good as my prev phone 10 October 2012

Just what the doctor ordered So far (an early review) it does everything it says. Apart from a few glitches (Maps mainly) it runs smoothly. Having never had an iPhone before it is difficult to say if it is any better than previous models, but so far no real issues to content with. 07 October 2012
