The Sony Ericsson Mix Walkman brings a vast array of media technology to a sleek and compact device. Beginning with music prowess, the Mix continues the Walkman bloodline and comes stuffed with brand new features including a karaoke feature, which not only pulls up lyrics to your saved tracks on-screen but lets you tamper with the vocal levels also to suit your own warblings.

The Zapplin key is another new function, which when pressed plays a snippet of the chorus from any saved track. Other media bits include a 3.2 megapixel camera which also captures video, social network integration and Google talk. Wi-Fi connectivity enables you to browse the web and check emails, all on that expansive 3-inch touchscreen.

Whilst internal storage is capped to 256MB, there's additional room (up to 32GB) available via microSD, it's something that you'll no doubt want to invest in if you're planning on carrying around a load of music.
