Manage Your Account Online

We do provide an interactive online account management area. It does require you to log-in, but once logged in, you can do all of the following:

  • Track your order online
  • Review your order
  • Edit your contact details
  • Notify us of any change of your postal address
  • Change your contact preferences
  • Track your Recommend a Friend payments
  • Find the answers to all FAQs

    If you have a question that isn’t covered on our Help Page or My Account section we provide several easy ways to get in touch.

    If you’re an existing customer it helps to have the following information available:

             -         Mobile number – If your purchase came with a SIM card

             -         IMEI number – Available on the box or by dialling *#06#

             -         Contactable number and / or email address


    Step 1: Contacting us with a General or Technical enquiry

    Whether you have a question or complaint, we recommend that you first contact our Customer Service Team as they endeavour to resolve every contact first time.
