Was very promising but just left me disappointed! I had been looking to make the switch from the iPhone as I was starting to get a bit bored of iOS. I considered getting an Android phone but didn't go for it because I thought it looked a bit too much like the iPhone so went for the Nokia Lumia 800. Unfortunately it wasn't a good move, yes the interface is very clean but that makes it a bit too basic. The issues I had faced on iOS were even bigger on WP. After a couple of weeks I grew so tired of the interface, all I could do was change the colour of the squares and rearrange them!. The marketplace is limited to say the least, most of the apps that make a Smartphone worth having aren't on there. I used to watch BBCi Player on my iPhone, that's not even on there. I don't use to many apps but even I think WP is lacking serious app muscle. Overall the phone is very easy to use but that's only because it lacks many of the features found in current phones. There isn't even a front facing came which is ridiculous! The battery was average at best and needed to be charged almost daily with moderate use. I love the way the phone feels in the hand but unfortunately it just isn't on par with iPhone or Android. For these seasons I had to return the phone but fortunately I found a great deal through Dialaphone for the Samsung Galaxy S2 and I am much happier with a phone that came out a year ago. If you aren't into customisation, apps and features and just want a regular phone then go for the lumia otherwise get iPhone/Android. 21 April 2012

It is really rather good, ...refreshing even Up there with the Iphone 3gs cant speak about the 4 as i don't have it. Once I found out how to get my outlook calenders and contacts over i have not looked back which was free. i tried the Galaxy s2 , sent it back and was really crying i had not upgraded to iphone 4. Until i went for this. I am a real buyer. One prob is small number of apps so far but its got all the big ones out there. and the free sat nav it comes with is fantastic, don't take my word for it go check, it blows google maps and co pilot out the water. Big tiles and nice gui make it easy to use not so fiddly feels real solid too which i really like. A cheaper tariff, free sat-nav, it replaced my 3GS without me feeling like i went downmarket, i have to say well done Nokia. 03 April 2012

Amazing phone, beats even iPhone 4s I've had this white model now 2 weeks and I can proudly say that I was able to kick my iPhone away! Not a single problem and syncs with pc, mac and my BMW exactly as it was ment. I can recommend this phone to everyone who want have the best phone in the market. 28 March 2012

Simply Brilliant! This is a fantastic phone. I had an Android (Galaxy S) phone prior to this and this is much better. This phone and the operating system are simply brilliant, the new tile layout looks really sleek. Everything works well, it synchronises all the photos etc wirelessly with my PC, and all of the social apps are perfectly integrated into the phone. 24 February 2012
