First Mobile Phone Caught on 90 Year Old Film?

It’s unsurprising that the version of the ‘mobile phone’ depicted in this film never caught on.  Not only do you have to have a friend with you to lug half the stuff about and hold the umbrella aerial, but you’ve got to find a handy metallic object to wrap some wires around before you can even think about making a call!
