Motorola has been the subject of the latest batch of leaks with the Motorola Droid 3 and brand new handset the Motorola Targa showing up online.
Just like its predecessor, the Motorola Droid 3 is likely to be subject to plenty of rumours ahead of its release although we’re not quite sure when that will be just yet. Although spec details are thin on the ground, we do get a look at its rather interesting QWERTY, which unlike most smartphones, is a five row job.
The top row on the Moto handset’s keypad consists of number keys, which is unusual to see on a mobile QWERTY. Could this be one of Motorola’s secret weapons to give the Droid 3 one up on its Android rivals?
While we expect to find out more about the next-in-line Droid in the coming weeks, the Motorola Targa has been turning a few heads now. Its humped back has aroused suspicions that it will come sporting a 13 megapixel camera, and whispers are also pointing towards it having some quad-core processing power too. We reckon it’ll have Android on board but we certainly like what we’ve heard of the Targa so far.
There’s no word on when either of these Motorola pieces will be heading to the UK, but in the meantime, we’ve at least got the Motorola Atrix to look forward to.
